2. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the return guidelines below.

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds apply only to products returned in:

  • Unused, unopened, and resalable condition
  • Original packaging, including any accessories or tags
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Opened perfumes or fragrance oils
  • Personalised items
  • Hygiene‑sensitive items where seals have been broken
  • Perishable or custom‑made goods
  • Items returned in used or damaged condition (unless faulty)

2.2 Refunds Related to Shipping

  • Once a shipping label has been generated or the parcel is out for delivery, postage costs are non‑refundable.
  • Refunds apply only to the product value unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original postage costs will be refunded only if the item is confirmed faulty or sent in error.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

2.4 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We may request photographic evidence to process your claim.
  • Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued within 7 days.

2.5 Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 2–3 working days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
  • Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank).
